Yellow Rose Records was founded in 2002 by Bobby Flores and Al Michalczak. Our objective at Yellow Rose is to record, preserve and forward excellent music. Yellow Rose Records began as a showcase pool for Bobby's album production projects and has since gained a respectable reputation in the industry worldwide for quality albums and gifted artists. Although our primary focus is Traditional Country, we're also pleased to offer Contemporary Country, Christian Country and Pop-Christian artists on our roster. We also have our own recording studio, B.A.M. Recording Studio, which is located in the far north area of San Antonio.
We are pleased to present one of the finest fiddle albums ever recorded, Hank Singer’s incredible new fiddle CD is entitled “Play Fiddle Play” and it’s available right here at Yellow Rose Records!
One of Hank’s first recordings as a teen was on Faron Young’s “Four In The Morning”, and the rest has been and continues to be fiddle history. He’s toured and performed with Hank Williams,Jr., Ronnie Milsap, George Jones, Lee Ann Womack, and has recorded with many members of the "who’s who" of the Country music industry including Alan Jackson, Marty Stuart, Ray Price, Miranda Lambert, Randy Travis, Gary Allan, and many others.
Hank’s new CD “Play Fiddle Play” is a unique collection of some rarely-recorded fiddle tunes, as well as a favorite or two such as his blazing take on Orange Blossom Special! Hank is featured on fiddle and mandolin on this CD and it’s one we know you will truly enjoy. Hank's outstanding fiddle playing can be heard on numerous RFD TV shows and a ton of well-known Country hits. He also plays live with Bobby Flores and the Yellow Rose Band.
Be watching for the new Gospel album by Bobby Flores, due to be released in mid October! This one has been a long time coming and is sure to be well received. We will be announcing the availability and the specific release date in the very near future.
